Herald communications with the builder, Tower Homes, added further to what will be called Turnberry Park that is expected to open in 2024.

The new community will be tailored “to individuals seeking the advantages of homeownership without the associated burdens.” According to materials supplied to The Herald by Tower Homes, Turnberry Park aims to “present the residents of Gardendale with an opportunity to focus on their career, family and travel while living a maintenance-free lifestyle.”

As we reported in our previous story, there will be 155 long-term rental homes. They will be detached.

The developer is focused on providing the feel of a neighborhood and says that each home will have a backyard and private driveway. There will also be “curated social events” for residents and a clubhouse and pool.
