The first home has been completed in a new high end subdivision in Morris called Brae Village. The 50 lot development that features wooded lots and private sewer is located along Bob Glenn Rd.

Brae Village will feature homes starting in the 500’s and some lots will enjoy backing up to Turkey Creek and sit on a few acres.

According to Linda Willis with REMAX Northern Properties who, along with Bobbie Alexander, will be the listing agent for the development, there will be sidewalks throughout and a beautiful stone entrance to the area.

Brae Village will forego the single developer model and a will have several builders in a “builders group.”

The first home has now been listed at $749,900. It is a delightful restoring of an old 1930’s farmhouse and sits on 7 acres with a large pond, barn, greenhouse, shed and 2 car garage.
